Attached you will find the requested information for the Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin (UT) with additional changes as requested by telecom on 8/25/03. These Compensatory Measures (CM) were reviewed and approved by the UT Reactor Committee on April 17, 2003. The NETL staff made modifications to the original submittal following a site visit by the NRC in May 2003, therefore, this is the second revision. Please let me know if I need to provide additional information.
