can't achieve, it's a reportable on the NOUE for 7

failure to meet a tech spec accident requirement.

NOUE if you were still in the Alert status?

10 MR. FULTON:

If we were in the Alert 11

status, it would still be we would still 12 communicate that we have an NOUE for failure to meet 13 the time.

15 that's an important event for us, or course, as you 16 know.

17 MR. KENNEDY: Right. And that's why when 18 we go through termination we want to make sure we're 19 well on our way with the cool down before we terminate 20 to make sure that we would not have that occur.
