On January 25, 2006, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Integrated Inspection Report 05000331/2005005 (ML060260024). Several paragraphs were inadvertently omitted from the original report. The enclosed errata contains the missing information and should be inserted where appropriate into Integrated Inspection Report 05000331/2005005.

Inspection Scope The inspectors performed a screening review of Revision 22 of Section I of the Duane Arnold Energy Center Emergency Plan to determine whether the changes made in Revision 22 decreased the effectiveness of the licensees emergency planning. The screening review of this revision did not constitute an approval of the changes and, as such, the changes are subject to future NRC inspection to ensure that the emergency plan continues to meet NRC regulations.

These activities completed one inspection sample.

Findings No findings of significance were identified.
