1) Letter, Entergy to USNRC, Vermont Yankee Updated Final Safety Analysis Report, Rev. 18, BVY 03-36, dated April 22, 2003.

Reference:

Pursuant to 10CFR50.71(e) and 10CFR50.4(b)(6), enclosed herein, is one CD-ROM containing Revision 19 of the Vermont Yankee Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) and a number. of drawings that are incorporated by reference in the UFSAR. The enclosed CD replaces the CD submitted in Reference (1).

The UFSAR file is named "UFSARREV19.pdf" in Adobe Portable Data Format (PDF). The change matrix and lists of effective pages are included in this file, The drawings referenced in the UFSAR are included as 171 individual files identified by drawing number in Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). provides Change Package Instructions which contain a list of sections, pages and figures that have been changed with the issuance of Revision 19.

provides the Change Matrix that details the specific changes made in Revision 19. provides UFSAR, Revision 19 replacement pages which reflect changes made since our previous submittal (Reference 1).
