Thank you for your reply dated February 28, 2008, submitted in response to Notice of Violations EA-07-110,113,116,119. As discussed with Mr. T. Jones on March 11, 2008, the corrective actions for these violations will be inspected during a routine baseline inspection. For administrative and time keeping purposes this memorandum will be identified as 05000250/2007403 and 05000251/2007403. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact me at (404) 562-4560.
