Dear Mr. Pardee:
On October 24, 2008, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a team inspection at your Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3. The enclosed report documents the results of the inspection, which were discussed on October 24, 2008, with Mr. Hanley and other members of your staff.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to the implementation of B.5.b Phase 2 and 3 mitigating strategies, your compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations, and with the conditions of your operating license.
