(Entergy). The NRC presented and discussed its assessment of the safety performance of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2008. In addition, at 7:00 p.m., a Town Hall Meeting was held to answer questions on the role of the NRC in ensuring safe plant operations. A list of meeting attendees is attached. | |||

On April 16, 2009 at 3:30 p.m., an Annual Assessment Meeting was conducted at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, Brattleboro, Vermont, between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
