Revision 9, Supplement 1. Examination changes agreed upon between the NRC and the licensee were made according to NUREG-1021 and incorporated into the final version of the examination materials. | |||
The examiner reviewed the licensees examination security measures while preparing and administering the examination to ensure examination security and integrity complied with 10 CFR 55.49, Integrity of Examinations and Tests. | |||
The examiner evaluated two RO applicants and one SRO applicant who were being assessed under the guidelines specified in NUREG-1021. Members of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant training staff administered the initial written retake examination on September 9, 2009. The evaluations of the applicants and review of documentation were performed to determine if the applicants, who applied for licenses to operate the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, met requirements specified in 10 CFR Part 55, Operators Licenses. | |||

Dear Mr. Swafford:
On September 9, 2009, members of your staff administered an initial license written retake examination to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. The examiner discussed preliminary findings related to the written examination submittal with Brad Picchiottino, Training Manager, on September 30, 2009.
Two Reactor Operator (RO) applicants and one Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) applicant took the initial written retake examination. Two RO applicants and one SRO applicant passed the written examination. There were no post examination comments.
