This website identifies each RAI using the NRC staff reviewers initials followed by a sequential number (e.g.,

ALK-001). The NRC staff reviewer closed the RAI upon an acceptable resolution.

Included in the Enclosure are the NRC staffs questions and DEKs responses to those questions associated with the attached Volumes. The following table lists those questions and responses included in this supplement to LAR 249. Shaded boxes indicate that this reviewer has not asked a question with this sequential number.

In the Enclosure, these questions and responses are arranged sequentially in the associated ITS Volume.
