Specifically, License TR-1 Docket 50-70 (GETR), Technical Specification (6.6.2.2.a) requires issuance of a thirty day report for permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 1-2 personnel while License R-33 Docket 50-73 Technical Specification (6.6.2.b) requires a written report within 30 days to the NRC following permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 2 or Level 3 management.
Pursuant to the Technical Specifications requirements of References 1 and 4 this 30-day report is being provided regarding personnel changes in the Manager, Vallecitos Nuclear Center.
Effective September 26, 2011 Mr. Anthony McFadden assumed the Manager, VNC role replacing Mr. Mark Varno and assumed full responsibility and authority defined for the Manager, VNC for all aspects associated with the Reference 1 Level 1 Organization Head and Reference 4 Level 3 Manager.
