On December 16, 2011, the Region IV offices will be relocated to another building in Arlington, Texas. Beginning December 16, 2011, all routine correspondence should be sent to the following address:

Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region IV 1600 East Lamar Boulevard Arlington, TX 76011-4511 Should you visit Region IV, visitors will be registered by and receive a Region IV visitor badge from the NRC receptionist office located on the 1st floor of the building. The NRC is the sole occupant of the building.
The telephone extensions for NRC staff members will remain the same as currently being used; however, the dialing prefix will change to (817) 200-1xxx.
