(the licensee) requested a revision to the Operating License for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF). In response to the staffs request for additional information (RAI). The licensee provided supplemental information in its letter dated March 30, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12090A613).
The NRC staff has reviewed the supplemental information provided by the licensee in response to the RAI, and has identified a need for the following additional information. In an effort to complete our review, the NRC staff requests that the licensee provide NRC its formal response to the additional request for additional information below. The written response should be provided to the NRC staff within 30 days from the date of this email.
- 1. In response to the staffs RAI Question 5 (Parts b and d), the licensee provided transient voltage profiles of the 4 kV buses in Enclosures 5 and 6. Provide the associated Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) output reports for ease in interpreting the voltage profiles.
