On May 9, 2013, members of the NRC staff met with representatives of Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2, in Russellville, AR, to discuss the results of the Augmented Inspection conducted at Arkansas Nuclear One. The Augmented Inspection Team was chartered to review the circumstances surrounding an industrial accident which caused a loss of offsite power to Unit 1 and an automatic shutdown of Unit 2 on March 31, 2013. A copy of the NRCs presentation is included as Enclosure 1.
