Dear Mr. Agasie:

From August 5 - 8, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission)

completed an inspection at your University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor Laboratory. The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on August 8, 2013, with you and members of your staff.
