The NRC staff is currently performing an acceptance review for docketing in accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.101 (10 CFR 2.101), and will notify you of the results of our review. Should the NRC staff determine that the application is acceptable for docketing, a schedule for the review will then be provided to you. | |||
