This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Athens, TN on April 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting's purpose was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of the Watts Bar Nuclear Unit 2 Construction Project with the public.
This refers to the meeting conducted at our request at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Athens, TN on April 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting's purpose was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of the Watts Bar Nuclear Unit 2 Construction Project with the public.
On April 9, 2014, the NRCs Chief of Construction Projects Branch 3, and the Resident Inspectors, held a Category 3 meeting that was attended by members of the public and TVA employees. This Category 3 public meeting provided an informative presentation to engage the public in a discussion of the NRCs annual assessment of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Construction Project for the period from January 1 through December 31, 2013. The list of attendees (Enclosure 1) and the presentation material used for discussions (Enclosure 2) are attached to this letter.
