Dear Mr. Sullivan:
On November 21, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant. On December 11, 2014, the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection, via telephone, with Mr. Dave Poulin and other members of your staff. Inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.
NRC inspectors documented two findings of very low security significance (Green) in this report.
These findings involved violations of NRC requirements. The NRC is treating these violations as non-cited violations (NCVs) consistent with 2.3.2.a of the NRC Enforcement Policy.
