OSHA found that there was reasonable cause to believe that Entergy Nuclear Operations had discriminated against former employees. We understand you are currently seeking review of this decision through the DOL's administrative hearing process. Although the appeal is in progress at this time, in your response dated March 3, 2016 (ADAMS ML16063A165), you stated actions were completed to reinforce your SCWE, including face-to-face discussion with security personnel and briefings with personnel from the remaining site departments.
