The Environmental Technical Specifications for Nine Mile Point Unit l and the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant require the submittal of a report describing the l975 Nine Mile Point Aquatic Ecology Studies.

Copies of this report, which were transmitted May 27, l976, inadvertently omitted Appendix l0 which addresses the Pater Monitoring Program.

Therefore, we are providing two copies of the complete report to supersede those previously submitted.
