State Consultation: Request for Comments on Amendment to Browns Ferry Units 1, 2, and 3 Operating Licenses Related to Cyber Security Plan Milestone 8 Implementation Schedule (CAC Nos. MF127, MF8128, and MF8129)

Mr. Walter The NRC is finalizing license amendments for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2 and 3 (Browns Ferry). In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.91(b), I am notifying you of the proposed issuance of these amendments. The amendments revises the completion date for Browns Ferry, Cyber Security Plan Implementation Schedule for Milestone 8, from July 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017. The licensees submittal dated July 14, 2016, is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML16197A372.

The amendment was published in Federal Register on November 8, 2016 (81 FR 78666). Please see the attachment to this email. No public comments were received.
