The NRC plans to issue an amendment to Pilgrim in early July 2017.

By application dated February 14, 2017 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17053A468 - see attached), Entergy submitted a request for changes to the Pilgrim Technical Specifications (TSs). The proposed changes would revise certain staffing and training requirements, reports, programs, and editorial changes contained in TS Table of Contents; Section 1.0, Definitions; Section 4.0, Design Features; and Section 5.0, Administrative Controls that will no longer be applicable once Pilgrim is permanently defueled.

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has comments, please provide the comments by June 16, 2017.
