There were visible signs of injury on the turtle. Based on the visible injuries, it is indeterminate if the injuries were a result of plant operations. After consultation with the North Carolina Wildlife Commission Sea Turtle Coordinator (NCSTC), it is determined that the Sea Turtle requires rehabilitation versus release. | ||
