JAMES A. FITZPATRICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION SAMPLE INSPECTION REPORT 05000333/2017404

Dear Mr. Hanson:

On July 13, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security-related Problem Identification and Resolution inspection at your James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant and the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Joseph Pacher, Site Vice President, and other members of your staff.
