In response to Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 81-01 dated January 27, 1981, concerning failures of mechanical snubbers, the follow-ing information is provided.Ginna Station has no INC mechanical snubbers.Action items 1 and 2, therefore, do not pertain to Ginna Station.There is one Pacific Scientific Company mechanical snubber installed on a safety-related system at Ginna Station.It.is a model PSA-3 and is installed on the B steam generator blow-down line.It is located inside containment and is not normally accessible during reactor operation. | In response to Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 81-01 dated January 27, 1981, concerning failures of mechanical snubbers, the follow-ing information is provided. | ||

In response to Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 81-01 dated January 27, 1981, concerning failures of mechanical snubbers, the follow-ing information is provided.

There is one Pacific Scientific Company mechanical snubber installed on a safety-related system at Ginna Station.
