The hours charged to this report were for the preparation of materials to close out the Reactor Oversight Process and transition to decommissioning oversight, including issuance of the Updated Inspection Plan (ADAMS Accession No. ML16347A308), and Commencement of Decommissiong Inspection Program Under Inspection Manual Chapter 2561 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17006A431).
