==SUBJECT:==
FORT CALHOUN STATION - CANCELLATION OF NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000285/2017403

==Dear Ms. Fisher:==
The NRC has confirmed a discrepancy in inspection reports issued for Fort Calhoun Station in Calendar Year 2017. Specifically, on June 26, 2017, the NRC issued Inspection Report No. 05000285/2017406, (Agencywide Document Access Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML17177A700). This report documents completion of two Inspection Procedures (IPs), including IP 81200.02, "Access Control for Decommissioning Nuclear Power Reactors," and IP 81200.05, Protective Strategy Evaluation and Performance Evaluation Program for Decommissioning Nuclear Power Reactors.

The NRC originally planned to document these inspections separately in Inspection Report Nos. 05000285/2017403 and 05000285/2017406. However, because of a change in the schedule for the inspection conducted under IP 81200.05 that caused it to overlap with the inspection conducted under IP 81200.02, the NRC elected to combine the documentation of these inspections into a single report, Inspection Report No. 05000285/2017406. Accordingly, the NRC is canceling Inspection Report No. 05000285/2017403. NRC staff did charge a small number of billable hours to Inspection Report No. 05000285/2017403; please note that the inspection associated with this billable time is associated with the inspections documented in Inspection Report No. 05000285/2017406.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of ADAMS.

ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). Please contact me at (817) 200-1527 with any questions you have regarding this letter.

SUBJECT:

FORT CALHOUN STATION - CANCELLATION OF NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000285/2017403

Dear Ms.
