The residents of Lacey Twp. and the surrounding communities are the primary subjects whom may be negatively affected by the Licence Transfer and the expedited decommissioning process. The Spent Nuclear fuel was NEVER MEANT to REMAIN ON SITE. Lacey has been host to this dangerous fuel for far to long and should not be considered as a final depository for the materials. |
