High The NRC has found that the subject Letter of Intent is acceptable to mitigate FOCI concerns regarding Centrus Energy Corporation. Once the NRC receives the revised Centrus FOCI package, NRC will respond with a recommended FOCI mitigation tool (Security Control Agreement) that will include all of the elements outlined in the Letter of Intent and address any other FOCI mitigations that were already in place for Centrus.
