In the referenced letter, FSAR Section 13.5.2 (FSAR Page 13.5-31) was revised to describe the method of retrieval of Annunciator System Response Procedures.

We have again revised FSAR Page 13.5-31 as delineated in the attachment to this letter to provide the correct means of retrieving hard copies of Annunciator System Response Procedures (i.e., by digital alarm point as opposed to instrument tag number).

The attached revision to FSAR Page 13.5-31 will be included in a future Amendment to the OL Application.

copy.

Annunciator signals are designated priority 1, 2, or 3 depending on their predetermined significance and are displayed, when initiated, on a control room CRT.

Each priority grouping is displayed in a dif-ferent color.

Each Annunciator Response Procedure gives the meaning of the annun-ciator, the source of the alarm, the instrument tag number,#the immediate action that is to occur automatically, the immediate operator action required, and the subsequent actions. Hard copies of the Annunicator Response Procedures are indexed by ir truz::t t ; - ':r for retrieval purposes.

See Program 6 in FSAR Section 13.5.1.3 for further information on this category of procedures.

13.5.2.3.2 Other Operating and Maintenance Procedures Other operating and maintenance procedures are provided in the following categories:

Station Radiation Protection Procedures Station Radiation Protection Procedures are designed to limit and control radiation exposures and the spread of contamination, as well as meet the requirements of 10CFR20 and the As Low as Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) philosophy. All station personnel will follow the guidelines set forth in these procedures. Procedures in the radiation protection category include topics such as:
