1 Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), is issue 4, Revision 5 of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan. This revision incorporates the new position titles of " Chief Nuclear Officer" and "Vice President and General Manager - Nuclear" recently approved under License Amendments No.157 to DPR-63 and No. 71 to NPF-69. We have reviewed the changes embodied in Issue 4, Revision 5 and determined that they do not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan or the overall Nuclear Security Program for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.

A " Summary of Changes" for issue 4, Revision 5 has been provided to facilitate NRC review.
