REDESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-10-80-358 WITH BINDER, ELSTER, MENDELSON AND WHEELER, INC.

Lillian W. Van Santen is hereby designated as my duly authorized rcpresentative under the sbbject contract for the purpose of assuring that all services required under its provisions, under its providions are delivered / performed in accordance therewith.

Within the purview of this authority, you are authorizeddto approve payment vouchers for the services described above, as may be required under the contract.

This authority may be redelegated, provided that such redelegation is made in writing and with my prior written approval indicated. A copy

of such redelegation shall be made part of the contract.

In regard to the contract, you are not authorized to:

(1) place orders E.,

for work in excess of the monetary amount specified therein; (2) make

g any changes in or modifications to, nor waive any of its requirements; y

Chapter, and the NRC Form 292 included therein, require your assessment fy of the Contractor's overall performance in the review of submitted ry Contractor invoices, it is suggested that any potential Contractor 4

problems be brought to the attention of.the Contracting Officer as early 3

as possible to enable positive corrective action to be initiated. As a

minimum, however, you are required to forward copies of all correspondence Qp with Contractors to the Contracting Officer. Some correspondence may be y

forwarded to the Contractor only over the Contracting Officer's signature da and others may just require the Contracting Officer's concurrence.
