Congratulations on your recent appointment as Chairperson, it is with renewed hope that i send you this message Louisiana Energy Services (LES) is proposing a uranium enrichment plant that threatens the land, air and water quality of Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana.
I believe that this facility is dangerous and totally unnecessary. Furthermore, the sMing of this facility between two low income African-American communities is a clear example of environmental racism and sets a dangerous precedent for other Jow income communities of color.
