IIis two year physical would have been in May 1998 had he remained on our staff. As part of his training for license reinstatement we will administer a written exam of the same scope as the bit.nial exam administered to our strJTin October / November 1991.

We will also administer an operating exam as outlined in our Requalification Program wnich will

include at least one reactor startup under evaluation by a shift, supervisor.
