Gibson, of this office, on November 25, 1986 to December 31, 1986, at the Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey. Within the scope of this inspection, two licensee identified violations involving the failure to complete a Technical Specification surveillance within the required time were reviewed and are described in Section 7 of the attached report. | |||
In accordance with 10 CFR 2, Appendix C, notices of violation were not issued. | |||
