Dear Mr. Saverot,
By letter dated May 10, 2022 [1], Holtec re-submitted License Amendment Request (LAR) 9375-1 for the HI-STAR ATB 1T Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9375. During subsequent discussion, it was determined that there were some errors in the submittal. Holtec apologizes for those errors and is submitting this modification to address those issues.
