NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC. - PHYSICAL SECURITY CORE INSPECTION REPORT 07000143/2023404

Dear Ronald Dailey:

On June 7, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. and discussed the preliminary results of this inspection with Mr.

Timothy Knowles and other members of your staff. On June 14, 2023, the inspectors discussed the results of the physical security core inspection with Ms. Natalie Willis and other members of your staff. The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed report.

No violations of more than minor significance were identified during this inspection.

This letter will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.

The enclosed report contains Security-Related Information, so the enclosed report will not be made publicly available in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390(d)(1).
