Water Inventory Control (WIC) is an alternative take on OPDRV in that the amount of water is considered when performing work that has a risk to drain the reactor vessel (eg work during an outage). This alternate program comes from a TS amendment through TSTF-542 and an enhancement by TSTF-582.
