items identified in our Inspection Reports No. 50-254/85006; 50-265/85006; | |||
dated March 19, 1985. This closes out Open Item No. 50-254/85006-003; | |||
50-265/85006-03. | |||
Attached is an addendum consisting of a Confirmatory Measurement data sheet | |||
for Inspection Reports No. 50-254/85023; 50-265/85026 transmitted by our letter | |||
dated August 14, 1985. The results include beta analysis of a liquid sample | |||
split during our inspection on July 15-19, 1985 and counted by our Reference | |||
Laboratory. Results show disagreements for Fe-55 and gross beta. We have | |||
arranged to send you a spiked liquid sample from our Reference Laboratory in | |||
an effort to resolve the disagreements. Once satisfactory results are obtained | |||
we will close out Open Items No. 50-254/85023-01; 50-265/85026-01. | |||
Please attach this addendum to your copy of our inspection report. | |||
We will gladly discuss any question you have concerning this addendum. | |||

regarding your BWR Water Chemistry Control Program in response to certain open
items identified in our Inspection Reports No. 50-254/85006; 50-265/85006;
dated March 19, 1985. This closes out Open Item No. 50-254/85006-003;
50-265/85006-03.
