Letter, Karl R. Coller to All Power Reactor Licensees, dated December 15, 1977.

Dear Mr. Goller:

This letter is in response to the referenced letter which transmitted a questionnaire pertaining a reliability study of Standby Diesel Generator Units. It was requested that the questionnaire ba completed and one copy returned to your office by January 20, 1978. We have completed the question-naire and are submitting one copy, for your review and use, as an enclosure to this letter. Additionally, it was requested that we identify the individual responsible for completing the questionnaire, follow-up communications, or for arranging a reactor site visit. This individual is: Mr. L. C. Lessor Station Superintendent Cooper Nuclear Station P. O.
