Dear Mr. Giambusso:
I appreciated receiving the comments of Mr. Muller relative to our draft Water Resources Program. A copy of his comxnents are enclosed.
I would suggest, however, that it might be beneficial for us to sit down and discuss in more detail the Basin Commission's role relative to the establishment of nuclear facilities within the Basin and certainly relative to the ~ro osed generating units. l suggest you call Mrs. Williams (343-4091) to arrange this meeting at your convenience and we can discuss this further.

Dear Nr. Webster:
This is in response to your request of June 17, 1975, inviting our comments on the draft Susquehanna River Basin Commission's Water Resources Program.

Accordingly, we have no significant comments or suggestions to offer.
I am enclosing for your information a list of nuclear facilities
~ located within the Susquehanna River Basin. We would like to be informed of any subsequent action by the Commission that may affect the operation of any of these nuclear facilities.
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to review the draft Water Resources Program for the Susquehanna River Basin.
Sincerely,
~~ J.-~M Daniel R. jul ler, issistani Director for Environmental Projects Division of Reactor Licensing cc: Robert J. Bielo Executive Director Susquehanna River Basin Coomission 5012 Lenker Street t1echanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055
