Dear Mr. Brian:
On October 26, 2007, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed the onsite portion of a security baseline inspection at your Grand Gulf Nuclear Station facility. The inspection covered one or more of the key attributes of the security cornerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on December 4, 2007, with Mr. C. Bottemiller, Acting Director, Nuclear Safety Assurance, and other members of your staff.
