SUMMARY

- FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT - ST. LUCIE UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-335 On November 9, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a meeting with Florida Power and Light staff from the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant to discuss the performance deficiencies and corrective actions related to two NRC Reactor Oversight Process performance indicators that had crossed the Green to White threshold. The White performance indicators resulted in St. Lucie Unit 1 being moved to the Degraded Cornerstone Column of the Reactor Oversight Process Action Matrix. The NRC supplemental inspection activities conducted to assess the adequacy of licensees actions were also discussed. The meeting was held at the Stuart / Martin County Chamber of Commerce, located at 1650 South Kanner Highway, Stuart, FL 34994. The list of attendees and presentation slides are enclosed.
