By letter dated July 28, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML15211A296; Package ML15211A295), the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) submitted a position paper to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff documenting the industrys view on the use of doors on safety-related electrical cabinets and the seismic qualification of safety-related electrical cabinets.
