Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2003-02, "Importance of Giving NRC Advance Notice of Intent to Pursue License Renewal," dated February 3, 2003, requested that licensees provide a voluntary submission of licensees' plans regarding license renewal. This voluntary submission is intended to assist the NRC in its budgeting and planning process.Callaway Comanche Peak Diablo Canyon Palo Verde
