On March 16, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2. On March 16, 2018, the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with you and other members of your staff. The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed report
. NRC inspectors documented three findings of very low safety significance (Green) in this report. All three of these findings involved violations of NRC requirements
