In order to align itself with the industry and the recommended actions contained in Reference (I), NextEra is modifying the commitment to provide the NRC with a GSI-191 resolution path and schedule by December 31, 2012. NextEra is revising the Regulatory Commitment for Units I and 2 to state: NextEra will submit a GSI-191 resolution path and schedule for PBNP, Units 1 and 2, consistent with industry guidance, by December 31, 2012.
