ZionSolutions, LLC ZS-2015-0021: Attachment Page 1 of3 ZionSolutions, LLC maintains separate testing pools for employees and contractor personnel. For the period of January 1 through December 31, 2014, a total of 438 Random tests were completed with an average population of 551. These numbers represent a Random testing rate of 79.5%.
Management Actions There were three drug and/or alcohol related failures during the 2014 reporting period. As a result, three workers were terminated and their Unescorted Access Authorization/Unescorted Access denied.
Additional Information As shown on the attached ZionSolutions, LLC's Fitness for Duty Performance Data sheet, the work force is divided into three (3) groups: Licensee Employees, Long-Term Contractor Personnel, and Short-Term Contractor personnel.
For the 2014 reporting period, of the 395 tests conducted on Licensee Employees (145 Pre-Access, 0 Pre-Access Random, 22 Post Accident For-Cause, 3 For Cause - Observed Behavior, 214 Random, 10 Follow-Up, and I Other - MRO directed), there were two (2) positive test results.
During this same period, of the 507 tests conducted on Contractor Personnel (219 Pre-Access, 3 Pre-Access Random, 13 Post Accident For-Cause, 1 For Cause - Observed Behavior, 224 Random, and 47 Follow-Up, there was one (1) positive test result.
