On May 28, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty in the amount of $17,500 for violations of certain security requirements. ZS provided payment in full by check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (copy of invoice and check enclosed) in accordance with NUREG/BR-0254.
This submittal contains no new regulatory commitments or revisions to existing commitments.
