Decommissioning Trust Fund Status This letter provides the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with financial information owned by ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) to aid in the review of the Zion Nuclear Power Station (ZNPS) Decommissioning Trust Fund status. ZS.considers this proprietary financial information to be confidential and requests NRC to withhold it from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). of this submittal consists of ZionSolutions Proprietary Financial Information Affidavit pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390. The Affidavit sets forth the basis for which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(4). All documents within the scope of this affidavit shall be marked as "withhold from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390." of this submittal contains the proprietary financial information ZS is providing to NRC and seeks to have withheld from public disclosure in its entirety. The information provided includes updated financial data to aid in NRC's assessment of the ZNPS Decommissioning Trust Fund.
This letter contains no new or modified regulatory commitments.
