2012 ZionSolutions FFD Performance Data Random Testing Rate ZionSolutions LLC (ZS) maintains separate testing pools for employees and contractor personnel. For the period of January 1 through December 31, 2012, a total of 267 Random tests were completed with an average population of 438. These numbers represent a Random testing rate of 60.9%.
Management Actions There were no drug or alcohol related failures during the 2012 reporting period therefore there were no management actions taken.
Additional Information As shown on the attached ZionSolutions LLCs Fitness for Duty Performance Data sheet, the work force is divided into three (3) groups: Licensee Employees, Long-Term Contractor Personnel, and Short-Term Contractor personnel.
For the 2012 reporting period, of the 196 tests conducted on Licensee Employees (31 Pre-Access, 2 Pre-Access Random, 3 Post Accident For-Cause, 131 Random, and 29 Follow-Up),
there were no positive test results.
During this same period, of the 287 tests conducted on Contractor Personnel (108 Pre-Access, 1 Pre-Access Random, 2 Post Accident, For-Cause, 136 Random, 37 Follow-Up, and 3 Other -
MRO directed), there were no positive test results.
